Union FS tifo planned before Burton as Foxes Trust host pre-match event | OneFootball

Union FS will stage a pre-match tifo before Leicester City face Burton Albion at the King Power Stadium, with supporters urged to take part.

LeicesterMercury.co.uk reports that it will be the fan group’s first visual display at the ground before kick-off, and full participation is needed for maximum effect. Fans are asked to be in their seats in good time for the Post Horn Gallop.

Separately, the Foxes Trust will host an open event as it continues to represent supporter views on operational and ownership matters following its end-of-season survey.

The event runs pre-match this weekend from 12.30pm to 2.30pm at Friendly, Unit 18 - St Mary's Work on Burnmoor Street, a short walk from the stadium.

The Trust says fans can meet volunteers to learn more about recent dealings with the club and offer feedback on how they would like the Trust to respond.

Its survey highlighted severe dissatisfaction with off-field decisions and executive appointments, while supporters have also raised concerns over financial management and the squad’s spending strategy in recent seasons.

Reports this summer have claimed current owners King Power are open to selling the club, and a brochure has been made by CitiGroup and sent to investors detailing the club’s assets.
