Valencia have begun planning for 26/27 with a clear stance, no player is indispensable. Head coach Carlos Corberán is ready to sanction exits for contracted players who wish to go and arrive with offers.
According to Superdeporte, anyone unsettled after the run-in is invited to speak now, with sincerity and bids on the table.
That is not the case for Javi Guerra, who is settled and has no intention of leaving this summer. The No 8 stepped up late in the season, earned starts under Corberán and is a key piece of the new project.
With La Liga finished, planning has resumed this week. Two deals are already done via Ron Gourlay’s sporting structure, Dutch centre-back Justin De Haas and Malian midfielder Aliou Dieng. Stole Dimitrievski has decided to trigger his purchase option and has communicated it, with the announcement to follow in the coming days.
The club are meanwhile focused on extending Guido Rodríguez, whose deal expires in June. Keeping the Argentine is a priority and they intend to push within their financial parameters.
Talks have intensified with Aston Villa right-back Andrés García. Valencia are preparing signings across the squad, in goal, defence, midfield, wide areas and attack.
Corberán is not counting on loanees Julen Agirrezabala, Unai Núñez, Largie Ramazani and Lucas Beltrán, nor on out-of-contract trio Eray Cömert, Thierry Rendall and Renzo Saravia from 30 June. Baptiste Santamaria and Dani Raba also remain outside his plans as in the winter window.
