Victor Ferraz leaves Série D side Serra Branca and considers retirement

Victor Ferraz has left Série D side Serra Branca and is considering retirement.
The club confirmed his exit on Thursday, thanking the 38-year-old for two seasons in which he made 19 appearances and scored three goals. In an interview with ge late last year, he said he intended to retire this season.
Ferraz, who has featured for Santos, Grêmio, Coritiba and Náutico, has yet to decide whether to call time immediately.
In 2026, he played nine times for Serra Branca, scoring one goal. The team reached the Campeonato Paraibano semi-finals but were knocked out by Botafogo-PB.
Serra Branca now prepare for their debut in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série D. They are in Group A nine alongside Retrô, Decisão, Treze, Lagarto and Sergipe, with kick-off scheduled for five April.
