Villarreal host Real Betis on Monday 14 September to close LaLiga’s matchday five, kick-off 21:00 at Estadio de la Cerámica. According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, both arrive off contrasting Champions League starts.

Diego Llorente is back training with a protective mask after a broken nose and could make the squad. Dani Ceballos, Giovani Lo Celso and Ez Abde trained normally, Aitor Ruibal remains out.

Villarreal need to turn spells into their first win of the season, while Betis head to La Cerámica buoyed by victories over Real Madrid and Lille.
