Wantaway Bayern winger set for Espanyol move

Bryan Zaragoza has given the green light to a loan move to Espanyol, according to Spanish outlet AS.

Bild also reports on the winger’s proposed return to Spain, claiming that the two clubs have reached an agreement, with the 24-year-old expected to join Espanyol on loan with a purchase option.

Bayern paid a total of €17 million to sign Zaragoza from Granada in 2024, but the Spaniard has never managed to establish himself with the Bavarian giants.

He has since had loan spells at Osasuna, Celta Vigo and Roma.

In total, Zaragoza has made just seven appearances for Bayern.
