Flamengo have suffered a major setback as Arrascaeta fractured his left wrist on Uruguay duty and will undergo surgery, according to Coluna Do Fla.

The midfielder went down at 30 minutes of the second half, slipping and landing awkwardly on his left hand. He immediately clutched his arm in pain and was replaced by Rodrigo Salazar.
