PSG are reportedly leading the race to sign Rodrygo, with Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City also monitoring the Real Madrid winger’s situation closely.

Real Madrid are likely to make major changes to their squad this summer. As a result, several key players from their Champions League-winning team could be on the move. Rodrygo is among the biggest names that are drawing serious interest.

Per Fichajes, Madrid are open to selling the Brazilian if they receive an offer of around €100 million. The club are looking to strengthen its midfield and defense. A significant sale like Rodrygo’s could help fund that overhaul.

Despite their interest in the Brazilian, the Gunners keep their options open. Arsenal have entered the race to sign Brighton & Hove Albion winger Kaoru Mitoma, joining Bayern Munich in tracking the Japan international, according to Sky Sports Germany’s Florian Plettenberg.

Mitoma is among several attacking options being considered by Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta, with Real Madrid’s Rodrygo also on the radar. However, a move for Rodrygo is becoming increasingly complicated. Plettenberg reported Friday that recent talks have taken place.

Nonetheless, the Brazilian’s wage demands—around €10 million net per year—are proving to be a major hurdle. Arsenal are currently unwilling to meet that figure. Still, it seems Rodrygo is open to leaving Madrid this summer, but only for the right opportunity.

According to Sports Zone, the club no longer views him as untouchable. His representatives have already been in contact with Arsenal, Manchester City, and Liverpool, and there have been discussions with PSG as well, though the Parisians are proceeding more cautiously.
