E&S reports that Wolves have reached an agreement to bring Raul Jimenez back to Molineux. He is set to sign a two-year contract, with an option for a further 12 months.
Fulham recently confirmed he would leave upon the expiry of his contract. Jimenez had floated the idea of a return a couple of weeks ago and early talks followed.
With Mexico due to open the 2026 World Cup and Jimenez set to feature, Wolves moved quickly to progress discussions. Negotiations advanced at pace.
In his first spell with the Old Gold, Jimenez scored 57 goals in 166 appearances. He was widely viewed as one of the Premier League’s most formidable forwards before a head injury in 2021.
Supporters have continued to sing his name since his 2023 departure and many are likely to welcome his return.
The move comes after Wolves completed a free transfer for Kieran Trippier and follows the new contract signed by Andre, adding early momentum to their summer.
