Real Madrid are looking to make a few tweaks to their squad for the next season, and they could get rid of Dani Ceballos and Ferland Mendy.
The two players are considered surplus to requirements, and they will be sold in order to make way for new signings. As per Defensa Central, Nico Paz and Chema Andres are expected to be brought in, and it will be interesting to see if Real Madrid can get rid of their fringe players.
Ceballos and Mendy are unlikely to get opportunities at Real Madrid, and it would be ideal for them to move on. They need to play regularly at this stage of their careers.

Meanwhile, Paz has done quite well in Italy, and Real Madrid have an option to bring him back to the club for a nominal fee. He should prove to be an excellent long-term investment for the club. He will add control and creativity to their midfield. The 20-year-old is an exceptional talent, and he’s highly rated across Europe. He has been labelled as a “fantastic” player by Lionel Messi.
Similarly, Chema Andres is a talented player with a bright future as well. The Spanish giants have a buyback clause inserted into his VfB Stuttgart deal.
Real Madrid are clearly looking to build a formidable squad for the future, and it makes sense for them to invest in talented young players and get rid of fringe players.
Paz and Chema will look to make their mark at Real Madrid next season when the transfers go through. Real Madrid will look to fight for major trophies consistently, and they need elite young talents. Both players have the quality to establish themselves as key players for the club.
