Fabio Silva left Wolves at the end of the summer window for Borussia Dortmund, yet he could be on the move again.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, Atletico Madrid, who are set to lose Antoine Griezmann to Orlando City, are said to have Silva at the top of their list of potential summer replacements.

The forward joined Wolves for £35m in 2020, spending much of his spell out on loan before a permanent sale to Dortmund in a deal rising to £23m.

His switch has not unfolded as hoped, with two goals in 28 appearances, only four of them starts.

With the Spanish window closed, Atletico cannot replace the France forward until the summer, so any move would have to wait.

A transfer would mark a swift exit and a return to a club he has previously been linked with.
