The Audi Summer Tour offers a direct link to our guys: in the short format ‘Tour Talk’, the FC Bayern players take you right along with them to Jeju and Hong Kong. They talk about the special atmosphere in the camp, pre-season, the new season and their personal goals – brief, compact and personal. And there’s also something for you to win at the end.
Following Jonathan Tah, Arijon Ibrahimović and Jonas Urbig, we spoke to Aleksandar Pavlović in Hong Kong at the end of the tour.
“This is my first time in Hong Kong, it’s exciting. Everything seems massive to me, there are very big buildings right by the water, which looks very nice when I look out of my hotel window. The people are all very friendly and polite.”
“My tip for anyone who wants to go far and maybe even turn professional is that they should never give up, even when things don’t go as well, and keep believing in their goals and dreams. Give everything every day, always show commitment and work hard, then you can achieve anything!”

“I hope all of them make the breakthrough. They’re nice guys and great footballers. I don’t begrudge anyone who always gives 100 percent, shows commitment and has that hunger to be successful.”
“I’d already heard that Pavlo sounds like a bit like ‘Pao Fu’ to our Chinese fans, which I believe means ‘cream puff’ in German. That’s funny. I’m pleased that I have my own nickname, that we have so many fans in Asia and some even wear a shirt with my number. It makes me incredibly proud and happy. We’re grateful for every single fan because without them, we wouldn’t be what we are.”
“The club was already in my heart when I moved to FC Bayern as a seven-year-old. As a Munich boy, I was always a Bayern fan and then progressed through all the youth teams at FC Bayern. The first time I felt that I could actually become a professional at my favourite club was in the U19s. Today it’s something very special for me – a dream come true that I get to play for this club from my home city.”
“I want to play with courage. Everyone should see that I don’t fear anything or anyone, and that I show the whole world what I can do; that I control the game in my favour, and exude control and composure. I want to bring my team-mates into play and work hard for the team.”
