Benfica interested in Europa League fifth top scorer Dion Beljo | OneFootball

According to Glorioso 1904, Benfica are interested in Dinamo Zagreb striker Dion Beljo, the Europa League's fifth top scorer this season with five goals. The 24-year-old has caught the eye after a standout campaign.

Strengthening the attack is among Benfica's priorities for next season, with several potential targets under consideration. Beljo has also been linked with Sporting and Porto in recent weeks.

No official proposal has been made so far despite the strong interest. Dinamo Zagreb are not prepared to negotiate a sale before the Champions League qualifying rounds.

Although his market valuation is around four million euros, any move would likely require a fee close to 20 million euros.

Beljo joined Dinamo at the start of the season after a successful spell with Rapid Vienna. In his first season at the club he has 37 goals and eight assists from 46 appearances.
