CD Castellón have condemned violent incidents outside UD Almería Stadium after Tuesday nine June’s second leg of the promotion play-off semi-finals to LaLiga EA Sports, in which a UD Almería supporter was assaulted.
The club said in a statement that the disorder was totally unacceptable and did not reflect its values or those of its fanbase.

It will suspend the season tickets of any identified participants for at least one season, with the sanction potentially becoming permanent.
The club stressed that football is about passion, not violence, and will continue working to ensure its supporters set an example of respect.
The suspensions are to take effect immediately.
