Wolves have signed free agent Bertrand Traore, adding a right-sided, left-footed option for Cesar Peixoto.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, the 30-year-old has agreed a one-year deal at Molineux after last week’s deadline and will bolster a squad targeting an immediate Premier League return.

Peixoto had prioritised a right winger with pace and one-v-one strength, preferably left footed to cut inside and create, noting Traore’s experience in English football.

He cautioned that Traore needs time to get fit after working alone and to learn the team’s approach, but sees him as another option to help the promotion push.
