Corinthians announce 26 for FIFA Copa das Campeãs in London | OneFootball

Corinthians have named a 26-player squad for the FIFA Copa das Campeãs in London, filling all available slots. They open against Gotham FC on Wednesday 28 at 9:30, Brasília time, in a single-leg semi-final at the Gtech Community Stadium.

According to Meu Timao, coach Lucas Piccinato has selected three goalkeepers, three full-backs, four centre-backs, nine midfielders and seven forwards. New arrivals Ana Vitória, Paola Garcia, Belén Aquino and Rhaizza are included.

Defender Thaís Regina is out after suffering a fibula fracture in her left ankle. Agustina Barroso, who returned in 2026, also misses out due to a recurrent contracture linked to scarring in her left soleus. With a 34-player roster, Ana Morganti, Rafa Rocha, Juliana Passari, Manu Olivan, Marussi and Ellen are not involved.

The squad began travelling on Tuesday with two groups departing Guarulhos International, at 16:25 and 23:40 from Terminal 3. All players are due to be in England by Wednesday afternoon, with a light gym session before training on grass from Thursday at Barnet FC’s facilities.

Arsenal and ASFAR are on the other side of the bracket. Tickets remain on sale, and the match is expected to attract the club’s main supporter branches based in Europe.
