After his injury at the Africa Cup of Nations, Mali international Gaousso Diarra has returned to training.

Gaousso Diarra is recovering from his injury and could soon be back in Dutch football after an absence of nearly two months. In photos shared on his social media accounts on February 11, the attacking midfielder from Mali is seen controlling the ball.

The 23-year-old, who suffered a right ankle sprain during Eagles training on December 31, 2025, missed both the round of 16 and quarterfinal matches at the Africa Cup of Nations.

The Malian star's return comes at a crucial time, as Feyenoord Rotterdam battle to catch up with Eredivisie leaders PSV Eindhoven.
