According to L'Équipe, Monaco and Everton have reached an agreement to transfer American striker Folarin Balogun for €45 million plus €5 million in bonuses, with a sell-on clause included.
The 25-year-old has been seeking a new challenge away from Monaco.

He remains under contract with the Principality club until June 2028.
Balogun must still settle personal terms with the Toffees, who are said to have proposed a five-year contract.
An Arsenal academy product and United States international with 31 caps and 12 goals, he is edging towards a return to England.
