Mathys Silistrie will start for Rennes at Marseille on 17 May, with Brice Samba suspended for the 34th and final matchday.

According to L'Équipe, to prepare him for that assignment Silistrie will get minutes with the N3 reserves at Laval on Saturday, the reserve side not yet assured of their survival.

Before that, Franck Haise expects a near full squad to face Paris FC on Sunday at 21:00, with only Przemyslaw Frankowski still not recovered.

Samba is banned after receiving a fifth booking at Lyon on Sunday night, the match finishing 2-4.

Silistrie was promoted to Rennes’ number two goalkeeper at the start of the season.
