Roony Bardghji’s season at risk after serious injury

There has been some bad news for Barcelona after reports that Roony Bardghji has suffered a serious injury which will see him sidelined for several months. After being signed in the most recent summer transfer window, the winger now faces a lengthy spell of recovery.

Spanish outlet Sport first reported that the Swedish player sustained a knee injury and was unable to complete Monday’s training session.

But now it appears that the Barça winger will be out for up to seventh months due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament, although this is yet to be confirmed by the club.

Rumours had previously suggested that Bardghji was likely to leave the club this summer with Ajax among the clubs said to be interested in the 20-year-old.
