After an eye-catching run at AFCON 2025 with Mali, Woyo Coulibaly's stock is on the rise. The 26-year-old right-back, under contract with Leicester City until 2029, has attracted approaches from top clubs: Real Sociedad, SSC Napoli, VfL Wolfsburg, and Olympique de Marseille are all closely monitoring his progress.

Currently on loan at US Sassuolo—without a purchase option in the deal—the Malian international (5 caps) has established himself as a regular in Serie A, making 10 appearances this season. Impressed by his contribution, coach Fabio Grosso is pushing for a permanent transfer. The Italian club's management is reportedly preparing an offer and has already begun discussions with Leicester.

Joining the Foxes in January 2025 from Parma Calcio 1913 for a fee estimated between €3 and €4 million, Coulibaly is now valued at around €2 million. The big question is whether Sassuolo can outpace the European competition in this transfer battle.
