Nottingham Forest have completed a second loan in a few hours, with Dilane Bakwa joining LOSC Lille for the season. The winger follows Eric da Silva Moreira out of the City Ground.

The club said in a statement: "Everyone at Nottingham Forest wishes Dilane the very best for the season ahead."

Bakwa, 24, has not figured in Oliver Glasner’s plans so far this term. Since arriving from Strasbourg last summer he has made 24 appearances, including just six Premier League starts.

With no Europa League campaign to provide minutes, he returns to Ligue 1. He links up with Davide Ancelotti’s side, who opened with a 2-0 win at Angers after last season’s third-place finish.

That secured Champions League qualification, meaning Bakwa should play in Europe’s elite competition for the first time. He has four years left on his Forest contract.

Meanwhile, da Silva Moreira has joined Excelsior Rotterdam on a season-long loan. The 20-year-old full-back-come-winger departs as part of a long-term plan to get him into Forest’s first team.
