Alleged Grêmio third kit surfaces as club plans Friday launch | OneFootball

According to Globo.com, Grêmio will unveil the new third kit on Friday, with pre-sales already open since the start of the week.

The design takes its cue from the 30-year mark of the Triple Crown in 1996, when the club won the Campeonato Gaúcho, Brasileirão and Recopa Sudamericana.

The club has posted small teasers on its app and social channels, and a photo purporting to show the shirt is circulating.

The image points to a mainly blue shirt with a white collar, gold detailing on the crest and the manufacturer’s logo. An inscription of 1996 appears at the back of the collar, a detail the club revealed on its app.

It will be the third release in New Balance’s debut collection as Grêmio’s kit supplier. The tie-up was announced at the end of 2025, replacing Umbro, the supplier since 2015.
