Man City confirm signing of Brazilian winger Allan Elias | OneFootball

Manchester City have completed the signing of Brazilian winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras, with the 22-year-old joining the Premier League champions on a five-year contract.

The deal is worth an initial £32 million, with a further £2 million available in potential add-ons, taking the total package to around £34 million. The transfer remains subject to international clearance.

Elias becomes City’s sixth signing of the summer transfer window and arrives after progressing through Palmeiras’ academy. The right-sided winger made 96 appearances for the Brazilian club’s first team, scoring nine goals and providing 12 assists across all competitions.

His arrival is expected to help fill the void left by fellow Brazilian winger Savinho, who completed a £75 million move to Tottenham Hotspur last week.

Meanwhile, City are expected to make at least one attempt to sign Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernández before the transfer deadline. The Argentina international was notably left out of Chelsea’s squad for Sunday’s 4-3 Premier League victory over Brighton at Stamford Bridge.
